Nothing better than the hustle and bustle of Brussels. That’s why I live right in the city centre. Just cross the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and – BOOM – you’ll find yourself standing right on the ‘Grand Place’. That’s the central square of Brussels. And what a beautiful square it is. Don’t believe me? Just ask UNESCO, they made it a World Heritage Site.
Keeping my guests happy is my top priority, and a well-balanced lifestyle is good for everyone. That’s why I’m happy to share my personal gym with you. It’s filled to the brim with the best power and cardio equipment. It’s open all day, so come work on that healthy body whenever you feel like it.
I share the ground floor with The Foodmaker (or Lieven as I call him, but that’s just because we go way back). The Foodmaker serves the healthiest breakfast in Brussels that € 15 can buy. After breakfast, The Foodmaker serves scrumptious salads packed with all things good for you. He’s open until 4 PM. After that, just drop by the Grab&Go for salads, sandwiches, juices and pastries whenever you have a craving. All made by The Foodmaker with fresh ingredients and a whole lotta love.
Got the munchies? My food truck on the ground floor serves gourmet hot dogs every day from 4 PM onwards. Really good ones, I must add, with homemade toppings, condiments and salads. That’s because the renovated Citroën HY is home to a genuine chef. You can get a classic dog with mustard and fried onions. Or go for an adventurous dog if you feel like taking your taste buds on a culinary journey. There’s always something new to taste, because the chef likes to change up the menu every now and then.
